the name of the Test Bank. EXAMPLES: FRACTIONS, WHOLE NUMBERS
GradeID
INTEGER
a unique ID of the Grade this Test Bank belongs to. EXAMPLES: 26, 100
GradeName
STRING (50)

the name of the Grade this Test Bank belongs to. EXAMPLE: 1,2,9-12

SubjectID
INTEGER
a unique ID of the Subject this Test Bank belongs to. EXAMPLE: 100, 250, 4000
SubjectName
STRING (50)

the name of the Grade this Test Bank belongs to. EXAMPLE: READING/COMPREHENSION, LANGUAGE ARTS

All Banks available in a district can be retrieved. Then BankID can be used to grant or revoke users access to specific Banks.
